Another incredibly easily digestible book from CoffeeMind, this time covering the Speciality Coffee Association’s (SCA) Sensory Foundation Curriculum.
What CoffeeMind seem to excel at is taking seemingly complex concepts and making them very easy to read and understand; that certainly is the case here.
Understanding taste and aroma, deploying all of your senses in interpreting the influences on coffee, implementing a consistent approach to cupping, and much more is crammed into a mere 42 pages. Impressive!
Aside from aiming to drink even more good coffee, this book was so enjoyable that it has also inspired B to find an excuse to head to Copenhagen and sign up for a CoffeeMind training course!
